I am retired from the US Army and have worked exclusively in the real estate industry since 2003. I love to help buyers find the place they can call "home." To watch people so excited about moving in to a new home just makes it all worth it. I will take care of you. Even though working with buyers is my favorite I am skilled in all aspects of real estate. I have a robust marketing plan for home sales, and I practice property management as well. I am approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission to teach all the core real estate courses as well as continuing education courses and I teach regularly at the Academy of Real Estate. I am a faculty member of the Texas REALTOR® University and I teach the Graduate REALTOR® Institute Courses as well as the Accredited Buyer Representative Course. I am actively involved in my local and state real estate associations and sit on the Board of Directors. I am the President of the West El Paso Business Alliance and I sit on the Board of Directors of the Chihuahuan Desert Chapter of the US Green Building Council.
